What is the STIV project?

STIV supports the transition of European viticulture towards sustainable agroecological practices, helping winemakers adapt to climate challenges while maintaining competitiveness. By integrating AI and Big Data, the project provides farmers with practical tools to optimize production, reduce environmental impact, and improve decision-making. Through an interactive online platform and Challenge-Based Learning, STIV enhances digital skills, fosters innovation, and strengthens the role of VET in shaping the future of sustainable winemaking.
